As a Woman, staying healthy is very important especially now that we are in the middle of a pandemic and it is more essential to have a strong immune system. Here are three ways to live healthily as a woman:

 

1) Eat Plenty of Protein: Eating a lot of a proteins is beneficial as it helps with muscle strength and keeps you full for a longer period of time.

2) Stay Hydrated: Drinking water is highly important for your body and it helps to boost your brain’s performance.
